4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion (diced)
2 pie crusts
1. Boil chicken for 30 min.
2. In bowl, mix all ingredients except cheddar cheese.
3. Dice chicken breast and add to mix.
4. Put mix in 1st pie crust and top with cheddar cheese.
5. Cover with 2nd pie crust and use knife to cut a criss-cross shape in top.
